Location: ElstreeJob Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)On-Call: 1 in 7 rotationSalary: £31,000 per annumShift Allowance: £4,840

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for operational excellence? We're looking for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our client's high-performing team in Elstree. This is a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations that directly impact patient care and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and coordinate shift activities to meet production goals and service targets.
• Allocate tasks, manage shift schedules, and provide cover for absences.
• Act as the primary contact for warehouse operations during out-of-hours periods.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, GMP, GWDP, and Health & Safety standards.
• Oversee stock checks, chemical storage, and timely dispatch of customer orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support service requests.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP HANA preferred).
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP (3-5 years' experience ideal).
• Valid or previous Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
• A verifiable 5-year employment history with no gaps over 28 days.
