Kennet Solutions are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Highways and Civil Engineering contractor in North London who offer the kind of flexible working hours that most companies of their calibre do not (especially at AQS level).

The client are one the UK's leading privately owned highways contractors with a 2024 turnover of 83M and avg. project values of up to 12M.

As their Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will assist their Senior Quantity Surveyor on multiple workstreams inc, Capital Works, Schemes, Surfacing, Street Lighting, S278 Works and Repair & Maintenance works on NEC Term Service Contracts

To be eligible for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role, you will need:

• Minimum 1-3 years of UK experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• At least 1 year of experience in any Civils background i.e Highways, Utilties, Water, Energy, Power, Groundworks, Rail etc.
• Full Right-to-Work in the UK
