Sales Manager - MENA£35,000 basic. £90,000 OTE.Selling homes between £400k and £5m.Monday to Friday. If you can speak Arabic or Turkish, let's talk. This is a sales role. A proper one. Not the kind where leads are handed to you on a plate. You'll need to generate your own pipeline, manage it, and close deals. You'll also need to know your way around the residential property market, ideally in the UK.
What you'll be doing - Hunting down buyers and building your own pipeline.
- Guiding them through the sales process without boring them into a coma.
- Hitting your targets. Then beating them.
- Keeping the CRM updated (yes, you actually need to do it).
What you'll need - A track record of selling property to the MENA market(s)
- The ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivation - no one's going to babysit you.
- A decent understanding of how digital sales and marketing work.
- Organisational skills that don't collapse at the first sign of pressure.
What's in it for youThe money, obviously. But also:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Pension, life insurance, dental cover, virtual GP, gym discounts.
- Cycle to Work, electric car scheme, shopping discounts - all that stuff.
