Job Requirements/Description

Bright Selection are delighted to be working with an established not for profit provider care homes for older people. Our client is seeking a care professional with a passion for working with older people and in particular dementia care. This Home Manager role is based in Greenwich London, within a good rated small residential home with an experienced staff team and excellent regional support.

Requirements

  • Min NVQ level 4 health & social Care
  • Direct experience of supporting people with dementia
  • A qualification in dementia care is desirable
  • Experienced in working with CQC and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes
  • Ability to develop and market the home

Responsibilities

  • Registered Manager with CQC
  • Leadership of care home team including care and all support functions
  • Deliver exceptional resident centred care
  • Working to KPI based on quality and occupancy
  • Reporting to Regional Manager
  • Working in accordance with CQC and other regulatory legislation
  • Recruitment, supervision and appraisal
  • Professional development of your team

Remuneration

  • £50,000pa
