Preferred Requirements:

• Expertise in Design Technology and Art, with the ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging, hands-on lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and the wider school community
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design, technology, and art education
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of the department

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE in Design Technology, Art, or a related field
• Demonstrated passion for inspiring and empowering students to explore their creativity and problem-solving skills
