About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead our clients' catering operations and deliver exceptional food services across our site. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage and develop catering staff, including rotas, training, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and value.
- Develop menus and catering offers in line with customer preferences and dietary requirements.
About You
- Proven experience in catering management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality food and service.
- Relevant qualifications - Food Safety Level 3 essential.
