Agency Social Worker - Locality team (adults) - Brent Council

Our client, Brent Council, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Locality team (adult social care).

This is a 3-month post initially, paid at £32 per hour.

The role will involve the following:

• Working in the south Locality team
• Experience in Completing Care Act Assessments and client reviews.
• Safeguarding
• Complex Social work ie Hoarding
• Continuing Health Care Assessments
• Mental Capacity

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
