Your new role
As Pricing Strategy Lead, you will take ownership of pricing frameworks and cost models across multiple service areas. Working closely with finance and commercial stakeholders, you'll help ensure pricing approaches are consistent, commercially robust, and aligned to strategic objectives.Key responsibilities include:

Developing and refining pricing strategies in partnership with Finance
Building and maintaining cost models, with a clear understanding of underlying cost drivers
Establishing consistent approaches to cost inputs, pricing structures and outputs
Conducting benchmarking analysis and recommending pricing improvements
Supporting commercial input into pricing tools and models, including validation and testing
Partnering with commercial and operational teams to shape innovative pricing and investment approaches
Defining reporting and performance measures to monitor pricing effectiveness

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be well suited to this role if you have:
Strong experience in pricing, commercial finance or cost modelling
A solid understanding of cost drivers, margins and pricing mechanics
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Finance and Commercial teams
An analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into practical recommendations
Confidence operating as a pricing or commercial subject-matter expert
Clear communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
