About the RoleWorking as part of the Upper KS2 team, you will support our eldest pupils in developing self-confidence and resilience. You'll bring learning to life and play a key role in shaping the futures of children and their families in our community.

• Create a caring, stimulating, and engaging environment that enables all pupils to learn effectively.
• Plan and prepare lessons and learning activities tailored to the age and ability of the children.
• Actively contribute to the wider school community, supporting the best outcomes for all pupils.
