Chef

Northumbrian Water are looking to appoint a Chef on a temporary contract to cover a long term sickness in the team. This role will be based at the Hanningfield Waterside Park in Chelmsford.Working hours are 8am -4pm with regular working weekendsDuties include:

• Assisting in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
• Assisting other Chefs
• Helping with deliveries and restocking
• Assisting with stock rotation
• Cleaning stations
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
