Active Fire / Fire Alarm Operations Manager

My client is an ambitious, fast-growing fire and security business with turnover in excess of 4 million. They deliver fire alarm and security works to businesses across London and the South East.

The company has been established over 20 years, & has a strong client base with some well respected household names. To help the company fulfil its potential, they are now looking for a project delivery director to to oversee the delivery of the works.

The business has existing relationships and a network of sub-contractors. As an established business, it represents a fantastic opportunity to build on the foundations of what is already a successful business. This role will be responsible for establishing scalable processes and training the right people so that the business is ready for further expansion, including possibly integration with other departments.

The initial task will be to oversee the project delivery of the biggest and most crucial projects. You will ensure operational excellence through great project planning and processes. The aim is satisfied and impressed clients through on-time, on-budget, high quality work.
