M&E Manager

ACR are currently assisting a leading residential development business in the recruitment of an MEP Manager on a long term freelance basis for a new RC Frame project in East London.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Familiar with infrastructure works / utilities on a major scheme
• Control of all electrical and mechanical services, together with management of all associated engineering contracts.
• Able to operate complex machinery
• Assisting the domestic M&E contractors with technical support
• Servicing the M&E installations within units
• Well-rounded in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Services
• Committed to seeing a project through to completion

The project is a high volume residential apartment scheme, featuring amenities including a concierge and rooftop terrace, as well as a new build energy centre which will be supplying the estate.

There are also air source heat pumps, as well as roofs feeding into thermal stores and multiple substations being used on this scheme.

This role offers longevity on a major project which is helping shape the local community in East London.
