Methods Engineer - Underground Works

Carmichael UK are seeking a Methods Engineer to join a major contractor within London on a permanent basis.
As methods engineer you will be involved in the tender for underground works preparation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tender Preparation
• Preparing work plans, risk assessments and method statements
• Project Planning
• Coordinating all teams involved
• Project schedules, resource plans, budgeting forecasts
• Attend and provide support in pre-bid meetings

About You:

• Previous Tunnelling / Underground experience
• Sound Civil engineering background
• Knowledge of relevant procurement legislation
• Commercial awareness of different contract forms
• Knowledge of estimating software packages

Ability to work out of the London office, or out of Swindon.

£65,000 - £68,000 + package
