Job Title: Home-Based HNW Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - High Earnings - North London

Location: Home-Based - Covering Islington, Hampstead, Highgate, Finchley, Barnet & Surrounding North London Areas

Salary: OTE £80,000 - £100,000+ (Uncapped Commission Structure)

This Home-Based HNW Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role offers an incredible opportunity to take your career to the next level within an elite, directly authorised mortgage brokerage.

The Opportunity:

You'll join a highly successful mortgage firm in North London, specialising in HNW & UHNW clients. You will offer whole-of-market advice on mortgages ranging from £500k to £3.5m+, often working with:

• Foreign nationals
• Overseas investors
• Expatriates
• Portfolio landlords
• Private bank referrals

Expect to handle 5-7 pre-qualified HNW mortgage leads weekly, allowing you to focus purely on advice and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bespoke mortgage and protection advice to HNW clients
• Manage complex, high-value mortgage applications from start to finish
• Tailor lending strategies to each client's needs and financial background
• Collaborate with in-house admin and compliance support
• Maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
• Meet personal and company targets within a regulated framework

Essential Requirements:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Proven success advising on complex and high-value cases
• Knowledge of whole-of-market mortgage solutions and protection products
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused
• Clean credit history and no CCJs
