Job Requirements/Description
About our client

Our client is a well-established property management business based in London, managing a growing portfolio of blocks and estates. They've built a strong reputation in the sector. They are seeking an experienced Team Leader who will offer dedicated support to property managers.

The role

As Team Leader, you'll combine a smaller personal portfolio with day-to-day oversight of a team of Property Managers. You'll be the first point of escalation for your team, provide guidance on technical and procedural matters, and help make sure SLAs and compliance standards are being met. You'll report into senior management and play a genuine role in shaping how the wider department runs.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing a smaller, more manageable portfolio of blocks and estates
  • Supporting your team with day-to-day queries, escalations and complaints
  • Guiding the team on compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Attending client meetings alongside team members where needed
  • Overseeing team cover, attendance and input into appraisals
  • Reporting on team performance and SLA compliance to senior management
Skills and experience

Essential

  • Strong track record managing complex or challenging developments
  • Proven history of hitting SLAs
  • Confident written communicator
  • Comfortable giving guidance on technical property management matters

Desirable

  • Previous experience supervising or managing a team
Why join them

You'll be joining a business that's invested heavily in its people, with a strong benefits package, hybrid working, and genuine opportunities to progress. It's a role with real scope to shape how the department runs, not just administer it.
