HR Advisor

Ashley Kate is working with a Professional Services client on a HR Advisor role. Initially on site 4 days a week, following successful first 6 months this then moves to 3 days. Salary 35k - 45k dependant on experience.

Your Impact

As an HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with organisational goals. You'll deliver tailored HR solutions, foster strong relationships across teams, and help shape a culture that empowers individuals to reach their full potential. From managing recruitment and performance processes to supporting learning and development initiatives, your work will directly contribute to creating a high-performing, supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead recruitment efforts, including the selection and on-boarding of apprentices, and work placements.
• Represent them at careers fairs, strengthen their employer brand, and nurture connections with educational institutions.
• Develop and align learning opportunities with career progression frameworks, ensuring employees grow and succeed.
• Oversee key moments across the employee lifecycle, from on-boarding to performance management and employee relations.
• Maintain alignment with employment laws and internal policies, embedding best practices across HR processes.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams to achieve organisational goals and cultivate a unified culture.

Who You Are

• Proven HR advisor level experience in professional services firm, ideally within a law.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A detail-oriented and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong UK employment Law knowledge is essential
