Location: Essex Area

Monday- Friday (rotation of 8 hour shifts)

Salary: £28,000- £32,000

I m recruiting on behalf of a successful ambient food manufacturer in the Essex area. They are showing no signs of slowing down. Having already hit a massive £50 million turn over and set to triple that in the next 5 years.

Role Overview

As a Quality Champion, you will be working with the rest of the technical team to ensure food safety and quality standards are met, working closely with production teams to maintain compliance and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor food safety and quality control procedures.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry standards (BRC, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations.
