M&E Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of an exciting residential and commercial project. This is an 18-month contract opportunity offering the chance to manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) aspects of the development, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the M&E coordination for the residential and commercial project.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee the M&E design process and implementation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage procurement, cost control, and scheduling of M&E works.
• Lead health and safety on-site, ensuring all works are completed to safe and compliant standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Report progress to senior management and clients, highlighting any potential risks or delays.

Key Requirements:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS
• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building services, and regulations.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with a focus on delivering within budget and time constraints.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience working with contractors and subcontractors in a project management role.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
