Key Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 in line with curriculum requirements
• Teach Sociology where required at KS4 and/or KS5
• Plan, assess, and differentiate lessons to support all learners
• Monitor student progress and support strong academic outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and classroom practice

Person Specification

• QTS or equivalent
• Ability to teach Psychology at secondary level (KS4 and KS5)
• Ability to offer Sociology desirable
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
