Job title: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Hemnel Hempstead

Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 42,000 Per annum.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 In Electrical Installtions
• Building Services experience
• 17th or 18th Edition

Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.

About the role: We are looking to take on board a static electrical engineer to be based on a healthcare site in Hemel Hempstead.

Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor
• Monitor Electrical plant
