Senior Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy based in Central London is looking for a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on high-profile commercial and residential developments. This is a prime opportunity for a confident and proactive Senior Project Manager with strong client-facing skills and a proven track record in consultancy.

The successful Senior Project Manager will join a progressive and growing team, with exposure to blue-chip clients and landmark London projects. The role is ideally suited to a Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage complex programmes from pre-construction through to handover.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of multiple schemes, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include chairing meetings, managing budgets, overseeing risk, advising clients and leading junior team members. You'll also play a strategic role in business development and account management.

• Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM) preferred

• Degree qualified in construction or related field

• 5+ years' experience in a consultancy setting

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects

• Sector experience in commercial or residential projects essential

• £65,000 - £80,000

• Performance-related bonus
