We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to support our clients Branded Medical and Surgical Supply Chain team. This role involves managing replenishment duties, bespoke customer ordering processes, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of supply chain logistics and be adept at using MS Outlook and Excel.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform replenishment duties to ensure stock availability and maintain service levels above 99%.
• Manage stock information from manufacturers, follow up on late deliveries, and address out-of-stock issues.
• Maintain lean inventory levels in accordance with order cycles and departmental parameters.
• Handle Purchase Order line adjustments and perform data analysis for reporting and performance enhancement.
• Manage bespoke customer ordering processes and support the supply chain team with various day-to-day activities.
• Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups) and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
