BritTherm Limited is a UK manufacturer of high-performance circulator pumps for domestic and commercial heating systems. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to cover the North of England and North Midlands (excluding Scotland). This is a full-time, field-based role with frequent travel and the autonomy to manage your own territory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business with merchants, distributors, and trade clients.
- Visit trade counters regularly to promote BritTherm products and provide customer support.
- Organise and attend Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days.
- Present products clearly and professionally to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring excellent follow-up and service.
- Keep accurate records and reports in CRM.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years' B2B field sales experience in heating and plumbing.
- Proven track record of growing sales and accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in face-to-face selling.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
