Recruit UK is working with a highly respected national Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm that is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team in the Romford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, client-focused individual to step into a role with a substantial existing client bank, backed by a team of experienced paraplanners and administrators. Skills and Experience Required:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) - essential
• Chartered status preferred, or working towards
• Proven experience in providing holistic, independent financial advice
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• A genuine client-first approach
