About the RoleAs an Integration & Solution Architect, you will be at the heart of designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge software integration solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across the bank, you will enable business growth through innovative technology strategies, ensuring smooth system interoperability.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design- Develop high-level architecture designs, integration blueprints, and strategies aligned with business objectives. - Define and uphold architecture standards, principles, and best practices. - Lead the design and delivery of complex integrations, including cloud solutions (public, private, and SaaS).

Integration Strategy & Implementation- Design and oversee end-to-end integration using middleware platforms, APIs, microservices, and other technologies. - Ensure scalability, security, and reliability in all integration solutions.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding system and data integration efforts. - Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, DevOps teams, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery. - Mentor development teams on best practices for integration architecture.

Solution Validation & Optimisation- Assess existing systems to identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation. - Ensure compliance with architectural guidelines, security standards, and regulatory requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges for optimal performance.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing- Create detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications. - Lead training sessions, presentations, and workshops to share expertise.

Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications in Microsoft Azure and Software AG are advantageous. - 7+ years of experience in leading technology transformation initiatives. - Proven expertise in integration solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based applications. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
