As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Developer on traditional housing projects. The role is office based with site visits and can offer some flexible working. They have 6 offices in the UK but you will be based in the Essex office. Some of the sites locations include Norwich, Ipswich, and Ashford. This is a great opportunity to progress your career with a Developer especially if you are a Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Managing upstream and downstream process
• Handle CVR's
• Final Accounts
• Checking monthly valuations
• Negotiating tenders

Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Live within commutable distance to Brentwood
• Experience leading traditional housing projects
• Degree in a construction related subject is ideal
