Position: Assistant Site Manager K&B's on Social Housing

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Package

Duration: Ideally 12 month fix term contract but can be offered on a permanent basis for the right candidate.

Location: Reading

Assistant Site Manager required for kitchen and bathrooms on a social housing framework in Reading. You will report to a Project Manager and be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion and hand over.

Project: Assistant Site Manager required kitchen and bathrooms on a social housing framework in Reading. The project is tenants in situ.

Individual: Our client would prefer Assistant Site Managers with previous social housing refurbishment experience but are open to Assistant Site Managers from other sectors.
