Your new role
An accounts assistant to support a busy and thriving finance team of around 20 people. This role will involve processing invoices, data entry, finance administration and carrying out tasks needed to support the accounts payable coordinator.
- Entering data into their finance system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Processing invoices, matching them to purchase orders and delivering notes
- Responsible for circulating all invoices to relevant management
- Posting all approved invoices and credits to the purchase ledger
- Finance administration including filing, data management and maintaining records
- Undertaking reasonable duties from the team
What you'll need to succeed - Must have experience as an Accounts Assistant or processing invoices
- Good tech skills, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with inputting data
- Experience working with customers and providing customer service
