Role Overview

As a Quality Specialist, you will:

• Conduct quality assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and improve quality control processes.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain high standards and support staff development.
• Provide feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall performance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in quality control and compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with training software and quality management tools.
• Background in electronics or lighting industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAPs, and IMDS is advantageous.
