Experienced Voids/Disrepairs Site Manager Temp (minimum 3 months)

Our Client is looking for an experienced Voids / Disrepairs Site Manager to oversee works within the London Borough of Haringey. Previous experience within Voids, Decent Homes, Repairs & Disrepairs within Social Housing is essential. This role is looking after approx 20 plots in a 5/6 mile radius. Car Driver Essential

• Manage Operatives
• Manage Sub-Contractors
• SMSTS
• Good English
• Social Housing Experience
• Council Portal Experience
• Run Compound / Materials
• Car Driver Essential
• Local Resident preferred
• Great work ethic

Voids Site Manager Salary £225 a day plus £10 travel. Paid via CIS
