Business Lecturer

• Location: South East London
• Hours per Week: 37 (Note: Lunch breaks are unpaid and should not be claimed on weekly timesheets)
• Contract Type: Temporary until 31/12/2025

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Lecturer to join our academic team at the South East Campus. This role involves teaching students across various levels of Business Studies, providing a high-quality learning experience that prepares students for further education, employment, or apprenticeships.

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Business Studies to students at different levels, including BTEC and T Level qualifications.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business industry to ensure relevance and accuracy in teaching content.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve curriculum and teaching practices.

• Proven experience as a Business Lecturer or in a similar educational role.
• Strong knowledge of BTEC and T Level Business Studies qualifications.
• Up-to-date industry expertise in the field of business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring students.
• Ability to design and execute effective teaching strategies.
