Domiciliary Care Worker

Personal care

• Help with dressing, showering, and toileting
• Assist with eating and feeding
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide oral hygiene
• Household tasks, Do laundry, Go shopping, and Clean living areas.
• Social and emotional support Provide emotional support, Help promote mental wellbeing, Support with hobbies and physical activities, and Create engaging activities.
• Medication Administer prescribed medication and Maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided.

- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for transportation to clients' homes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to care.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting the dignity of clients.
