Practice Nurse

We are working with a 'GOOD' CQC rated Emis Web Practice near Guildford who are searching for a Practice Nurse on permanent basis for 22.5hrs per week across 3 days.

They are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic Practice Nurse, to join their existing nurse team, who can demonstrate a high standard of clinical care, supporting the clinical team with a range of skill mix. You will be joining supportive and innovative environment where your skills are appreciated, and there's plenty of room for you to grow.

You will need to have previous experience working as a Practice Nurse in Primary Care and live within a commutable distance of Guildford.

Routine Primary Care tasks such as:

• Wound Management
• Vaccinations
• Phlebotomy
• Management of LTCs
• Patient education
• Health promotion
