The Role: The firm is seeking an enthusiastic and confident
Residential Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join their busy and thriving property team.
You will handle a variety of complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Luxury new-build transactions
This role requires minimal supervision and offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases. There is also scope for involvement in business development activities.
Key Requirements: - 2-4 years PQE in residential property law
- Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused approach
- Excellent IT skills
- Interest in business development and expanding client relationships
