Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services / Manager to lead our clinical team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health and eating disorder services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to the clinical team
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs and services
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Oversee the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with eating disorders and other mental health conditions
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Nursing, or related field
- Proven experience in a clinical management role, particularly in mental health and eating disorders
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards
