Quantity Surveyor - Central London

Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and is looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

They are looking for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team, ideally from a high end residential refurbishment background. You'll be working on some of London's most high end refurbishments valued from 2-8mil. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is well-renowned in the sector and can offer brilliant growth opportunities!

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have/be:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high end residential refurbishment projects
• Client facing
• Strong Numeracy skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Central London based sites, Central London based office
• Salary: 50-70,000 per annum
