We are a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon seeking a dedicated, experienced SEN Teacher to join our supportive and passionate team. Our school provides a nurturing environment for pupils aged 4-18 with a range of complex learning needs including ASD, MLD, PMLD, and SEMH.

What We're Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
• Substantial experience working in an SEN school environment
• Confident in adapting teaching for a wide range of additional needs
• Committed to inclusive, pupil-centred education
• A calm, creative, and resilient teaching approach

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff
• Maintain strong communication with families and carers
• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
