Senior Receptionist

About the Role:You will lead the day-to-day running of a busy Reception, providing a warm welcome to visitors and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently. From managing calls and access passes to supporting events, deliveries, and facilities admin, you will be at the heart of keeping things organised and professional.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a first-class front-of-house experience

• Managing calls, visitors, and security access

• Supporting with venue bookings, donations, and admin tasks

• Supervising a part-time Receptionist and volunteers, as well as coordinating cover

• Keeping the Reception are safe, tidy, and well-presented.

About You:You are confident, organised, and love working with people. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will bring calm, efficiency, and positivity to a fast-paced role.
