Electronics Systems Engineer

Join an exciting engineering business based in Bedfordshire as an Electronics Systems Engineer where you will be responsible for the design of backplanes, power supplies and interface controls for electronic systems. You will be designing systems that will be used in rugged environments and war zones. You must also be proficient in generating schematics and performing EMC tests on a regular basis in compliance with both ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.

Essentials:

• Awareness of DEF and MIL standards for equipment
• Knowledge of EMC testing OR knowledge of any other relevant environmental test methods and procedures
• Knowledge of UKCA/CE, WEEE and RoHS directives
• MS Office
• CAD Software

Desirables:

• Experience working to specific customer requirements
• MS Dynamics
• VueTax
• Experience working within the Defence industry
• UK or Dual-British National
• Senior Systems Engineer experience
