Job Title: PE and Outdoor Learning Teacher/Instructor
Location: Ashley Park School, Epsom, Surrey KT18 7LR
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £44,000.00 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only
Start: April 2026

About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and creative PE and Outdoor Learning Instructor to inspire pupils aged 11-19. You'll lead engaging PE and outdoor sessions and may also support wider areas such as PSHE and Independent Living Skills. Candidates without QTS are welcome and may be appointed as an Instructor.
This role offers the chance to bring physical activity, outdoor learning, and wellbeing to life for pupils with Autism, SEMH, and a range of SEND needs. You'll help promote healthy lifestyles, work closely with the Quality of Education team, and contribute to PSHE and whole school wellbeing initiatives.

Ashley Park School is a brand-new independent specialist school in Epsom, Surrey, for autistic young people aged 11-19, with a capacity for 60 pupils.
