FM Coordinator Location: Remote (London-based candidates preferred)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
The Role: We are recruiting for an FM Coordinator to join a leading facilities maintenance provider in a fully remote-based role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team, ensuring smooth delivery of FM services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate supply chains, ensuring service delivery standards are met.
- Review and maintain RAMs (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and compliance documentation.
- Support the FM team with administrative tasks and contract management.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Act as a key point of contact between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements: - Previous experience in Facilities Management (FM coordination or administration).
- Strong understanding of RAMs, compliance, and supply chain management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
