Implementation Coordinator

Exciting opportunity to put your existing EPOS / POS / Payments / Mobile Apps tech knowledge into a new and varied role in a growing business.

The role is critical in the planning and delivery of technology projects for new customers.

In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of technology solutions, provided by third-party vendors, ensuring they meet client needs and are delivered on time, within budget, and transitioned seamlessly into support.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business growth by conducting intelligence gathering to support new customer bids.

This role will involve a lot of work on Customer Sites across London, so you can expect to be busy, out and about with no two days the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project and mobilisation scope and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
• Develop and manage detailed plans to track progress, coordinate vendors and deal with any issues during onboarding.
• Be onsite to support vendors with the implementation of technology at customer sites, including training.
• Monitor and address project risks, issues, and changes to scope, schedule, or costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
• Provide detailed project documentation to support ongoing operations post-implementation before handed to BAU support.

About you:

• Ideally an understanding or experience in a POS / EPOS / Payments / Mobile Apps / Software Deployment setting.
• Perhaps you are currently managing technology installations or implementations or working in Application Support looking for more variety in your role or a step into Project Management.
• Strong project administration and coordination skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors to deliver projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and produce high-quality reports and documentation.
