Your Role as a Security Engineering Supervisor will include:
Supervise and support the engineering team

Monitor team performance using KPI's

Conducting inspection and audits ensuring compliance

Drive team development with training and development plans

The successful Security Engineering Supervisor will have:
Strong technical knowledge within intruder, CCTV & access control

Experience managing and leading a team

Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
