Description Position at GroupM Nexus Role: Senior Account Executive
Department/Team: Paid Social
Role Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Paid Social team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing social media campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering outstanding results. This role involves collaborating closely with the Account Manager and other team members to support our across the CPG vertical.
About the role
Client Management:
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand clients' business goals and assist in developing effective paid social strategies to meet those objectives.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients regularly.
Campaign Activation and Execution:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest).
- Implement media plans, manage budgets, and adhere to timelines to achieve campaign objectives.
- Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to optimize campaigns.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the Account Manager and other team members to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Support the Account Manager in strategic planning and client presentations.
Professional Development:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in paid social advertising.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues in their professional growth.
About you
- Experience in paid social advertising, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.) and associated tools.
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with retail clients, specifically in the clothing and homeware sectors, is a plus.
