Mobile Mechanical and Electrical engineer Energy Services

Role Overview:

• Work Type: Mobile, covering 22 sites in London
• Contract: Energy Services
• Duties:
  • Mechanical: Pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, cooling tower testing, vibration analysis, HIU servicing, chiller and boiler checks, water treatment, and more.
  • Electrical: Motor testing, BMS monitoring, meter checks, fault finding, and more.
  • General: Servicing AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, underfloor heating, pipework, and HVAC systems.
  • Additional: Reactive call-outs, troubleshooting, system diagnostics, producing quotations, managing subcontractors, and overseeing Health & Safety.

Benefits:

• Salary: £40,000 - £50K per annum (based on experience)
• Overtime: Potential to earn an additional £10,000 - £15,000 per year
• Holidays: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Vehicle: High spec commercial vehicle with SatNav, automatic transmission, air conditioning, comfort seating, and tools racking. Fuel card provided.

Qualifications:

• Time-served mechanical/electrical apprenticeship
• City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• NHC HND (desirable)
• Minimum six years' experience in the field
