Busy Bees is looking for an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead learning, laughter, and development at our Outstanding-rated nursery in St Albans Hospital. If you’re a passionate early years professional with a Level 3 childcare qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and at least two years’ leadership experience, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

As a Nursery Manager at Busy Bees, you’ll be trusted to lead with confidence in a supportive, values-led environment. You’ll work with our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to nurture curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners, while supporting your team to deliver outstanding early years education every day.

Our Ofsted Outstanding nursery cares for up to 51 children and is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the town centre, with bus stops directly outside.
