Short Selling / Disclosure of interest reporting

A leading financial services organisation is currently searching for a consultant with experience in disclosure of interest reporting on a 6-month contract basis.

The day rate will be (Apply online only)pd via an umbrella set up, with their working policy being 5 days in their city of London office.

Given the immediate need and 5 days in the office, this role is open to a higher rate. Please disclose what you'll be looking for and I'll push this to the client.

Responsibilities for the role are;

• Responsibilities: Daily short position/long position takeover disclosure requirement to national regulators.
• Skillset: Attention to detail, previous experience in disclosure of interest reporting.
• Looking for someone immediately available who can work from the London office 5 days a week.
