The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Senior Quality Technician?

• Conduct in-process, final, and goods-in inspections using a variety of tools and equipment to ensure quality compliance.
• Support calibration and asset management activities at our client's site, liaising with other site calibration leads and external calibration partners as needed.
• Assist in the development of Business Management System (BMS) processes, ensuring alignment with international standards and customer requirements while incorporating best practices.
• Support Quality Engineers in managing non-conformance events, including Material Review Boards (MRBs) and effective Corrective Action closure.
• Perform incoming assessments and diagnostic reports to support repair activities.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance business performance and support professional development (CPD).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quality Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.

What are we looking for in our next Senior Quality Technician?

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience in assembly and test operations within a Quality Inspection environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working with calibration and asset management systems is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
