Are you passionate about early childhood education?Veritas Education is working closely with a private nursery setting that is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated early years team.

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be supporting children aged 0-5 in a nurturing, play-based environment that promotes development through creativity, exploration, and care. You'll work alongside experienced staff to provide high-quality care and learning opportunities tailored to each child's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
• Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
• Monitor and record children's progress, contributing to observations and planning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the nursery's values and policies

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) - preferred
• Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 (nursery or preschool setting)
• A warm, patient, and engaging personality
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• A clear DBS (or willingness to apply for one) and the right to work in the UK
