Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and assembly work to high-quality standards.
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Measure and cut materials with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work to tight deadlines while ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
• Experience with various fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Health and safety conscious.

Desirable:

• Additional qualifications in welding or fabrication (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
• Experience in working with a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
